Each year, Boels honors its long-standing employees with a celebration that reflects both appreciation and connection. For the 2025 edition, we curated the entire experience, from flights and transfers to thoughtful gifts waiting in each hotel room, ensuring that every guest felt recognized and valued.

At the heart of the evening was a dinner designed in vibrant Boels orange, translated into florals and décor that radiated energy and pride. The gathering remained true to the company’s DNA: familial, warm, and personal. Mr. Boels himself greeted every jubilaris, a gesture that speaks volumes in a company of over 8,500 employees.
